The Racquet Sports Institute is a focused two-person powerhouse: Markus and Rachele combine unmatched domain expertise with advanced, data-driven methods to turn deep operational know-how into practical tools and insights that help operators and investors unlock the full commercial potential of racquet facilities worldwide.
Our core team is complemented by a bench of senior specialists—leaders in facility design and engineering, programming and coaching pathways, financing and feasibility, operations tech, retail & F&B, events, and community growth. These experts have worked in the ecosystem for decades. We assemble fit-for-purpose project teams based on specialization, scope, and geography, ensuring the right expertise is applied exactly when and where it’s needed.
