Our Mission
To equip every stakeholder with decision-grade knowledge and the tools to act, accelerating the creation and improvement of facilities that grow the sport. We convert decades of lessons into ecosystem reports and country analyses, proven facility models, management playbooks, design guidelines, and implementation support. We convene a global network of practitioners and provide clear pathways—from concept to opening, from first-time player to lifelong member—so that communities gain places to play, operators achieve sustainable performance, and racquet sports thrive.
Meet the Team
The Racquet Sports Institute is led by a focused core team — Markus and Rachele — combining four decades of operational experience with advanced data-driven methods. They translate deep field knowledge into practical tools, benchmarks, and frameworks that support the entire racquet sports ecosystem.
The core team is complemented by a global bench of senior specialists — leaders in facility design and engineering, programming and player pathways, financing and feasibility, operations technology, retail and F&B, events, and community growth. Many have worked in the ecosystem for decades. We assemble fit-for-purpose project teams based on specialization, scope, and geography, applying the right expertise exactly where and when it is needed.
