• Financial & Transaction: bank/payment details (processed via payment providers), invoices, purchase history.

• Content you submit: questions, documents, files, and (if you choose) recordings when using our Services, including future AI features.

 

Data we collect automatically when you use our sites/apps (via cookies, pixels, or similar tech):

• Technical: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, timezone, system configuration.

• Usage: pages viewed, clicks, session duration, referring/exit pages, error logs.

 

Data from third parties: service providers (e.g., payment processors, email and analytics platforms), publicly available sources, and partners—always in line with law.

 

Aggregated data: we may create aggregated or anonymised statistics (e.g., usage trends). Aggregated data does not identify you. If we ever combine it so that you become identifiable, we will treat it as personal data.

 

How and why we use your data (lawful bases)

We only use your data where we have a lawful basis:

• To provide Services and fulfil a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): registering your account or membership; delivering consulting/advisory; processing payments; providing downloads and resources; scheduling calls/events; customer support.

• To run, secure, and improve our Services (legitimate interests) (Art. 6(1)(f)): service administration; troubleshooting; analytics and product improvement; fraud/security monitoring; maintaining accurate records; operating our professional network.

• To communicate with you: service messages (contract/legitimate interests) and marketing communications (consent/legitimate interests, with opt-out anytime).

• To comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)): tax/bookkeeping, regulatory responses, lawful requests.

• With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): optional marketing, certain cookies/analytics, event recordings, and (when available) optional data you choose to connect to our AI tools. You can withdraw consent at any time.

 

We will use your personal data only for the purposes for which it was collected unless we reasonably consider another compatible purpose. If we need to use it for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and explain the legal basis.
